SALES TERMS

FIRM ORDERS EX-WORKS.

Orders confirmed by any means (Trade Shows-Website-Shops-Agents, etc.) will be considered firm orders, so once processed by Tantrend Bijoux, S.L., the customer will have a maximum of 15 business days from the receipt of the order confirmation to modify, correct, or cancel it. After this period, the order cannot be modified or canceled since the merchandise will have been expressly reserved or put into production for the customer.

The minimum initial seasonal order is €300 (for international clients it is €500), excluding taxes. Replacements are not subject to minimums.

The prices on our website do not include taxes (VAT, R.E.) or shipping costs unless otherwise indicated or specially promoted.

Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. reserves the right to accept and therefore send the orders received and confirmed by any means (Website-Shop-Agents, etc.) according to the following situations:

  1. Due to product quality problems detected at the time of shipment.
  2. For commercial criteria (product filters, competition conflict with other clients in the area, or other anomalies that may arise from incomplete information provided by the customer)
  3. Force majeure.

Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. will duly inform the customer of the impossibility of service of the article or articles contemplated in the previous cases. In the event that they have already been paid, the corresponding amount will be refunded immediately, and the customer cannot claim any additional compensation for this reason.

SHIPPING PROGRAMMING ACCORDING TO DATES INDICATED BY THE CUSTOMER

The shipping deadlines will be established by the customer. For this purpose, the customer must indicate the desired service date in each order as well as a deadline (limit) from which they cannot accept a later shipment. These dates must be adjusted to the availability date indicated for the products at the time of placing the order.

The shipment of orders, unless otherwise indicated by the customer, can be split into more than one shipment as long as they comply with the service dates and the deadline indicated and do not involve an additional transportation cost for the customer. In the event that the customer requests partial shipments (according to the availability of the items) for a shipping amount below the minimum established for a free shipment, the corresponding shipping costs will be charged in each case.

Shipments will be scheduled according to the service dates established by the customer, so in the case of orders accepted with Cash on Delivery or SEPA Bank Transfer payment, the customer undertakes to have the necessary funds available for payment. In the event that payments are rejected or returned, the customer accepts the additional charges, whether bank charges or transportation costs that may arise for this reason.

(Orders for the SPRING/SUMMER season placed before March 10, with a shipping date after April 10 of the current year, entail the payment of a 30% deposit of the order value as a guarantee)

(Orders for the AUTUMN/WINTER season placed before September 20 with a date after October 10 will require a 30% deposit of the order value as a guarantee)

ADVANCE PAYMENT OF THE ORDER. Payment for orders placed with Tantrend Bijoux, S.L., will always be in advance before proceeding with their shipment and in some cases upon receipt of the proforma invoice or upon delivery in the case of Cash on Delivery.

If deemed necessary based on the shipping dates indicated by the customer, a deposit may be requested as a guarantee of the order.

The payment conditions corresponding to each order will be recorded and available depending on the order amount, customer location, or conditions expressly accepted and indicated by Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. in each case. Applying payment conditions in a previous transaction does not mean they are applicable to a new order.

AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS BASED ON THE OPERATION'S CHARACTERISTICS.

Peninsular Spain:

  1. Credit/Debit Card.
  2. SEPA Bank Transfer* (*In the case of SEPA mandates, the shipment will not be made until the approval of the receiving bank, 3 business days after the effect has been issued)
  3. Bizum

International:

  1. Credit/Debit Card.
  2. SEPA Bank Transfer* (*In the case of SEPA mandates, the shipment will not be made until the approval of the receiving bank, 3 business days after the effect has been issued)
  3. Bank Transfer* (Available according to the amount or location of the customer) (*In the case of bank transfers, the shipment will not be made until the receipt of the amount and the approval of the receiving bank. The confirmation of the receiving bank is completely beyond the control of Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. so we cannot confirm a precise delivery time in the case of choosing this payment method)

RETURN OF ORDERS

Once you have received the merchandise from your order, you have 30 calendar days (invoice date) to check it. If you find any issues, please send us an email to serviciocliente@tantrend.com indicating the invoice number, reference, brief description of the issue, and in case of damage, a photo of the product. With each shipment, Tantrend Bijoux S.L. will provide a form that must be completed and submitted for this purpose. We will not be able to address claims that do not include these documents.

Use of Contracted Transport. As an Ex-Factory sale, the customer is NOT obligated to use our contracted transport service, which we offer for your convenience. However, if you prefer to use your transport service, please let us know when placing your order so that we can refund the charged amount for shipping if applicable and arrange for collection with your own transport if desired.

If you wish to use the contracted transport service with us:

In Spain (except Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), we can offer FREE SHIPPING for shipments equal to or greater than €1,000. For REGULAR RATE ORDERS (net amount) shipments below this amount will be invoiced €15 for this concept.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: FREE SHIPPING for shipments equal to or greater than €1,000 REGULAR RATE ORDERS (net amount) for shipments below €1,000 will be invoiced €30 for this concept.

Greece - Portugal (except Islands): Consult with our Local Distributor.

Rest of EU countries (except Greece Malta, and Cyprus) FREE SHIPPING for shipments equal to or greater than €1,000. For shipments below this amount, €35 will be invoiced for this concept.

Rest of Countries/destinations, please consult.

Estimated Delivery Times. Depending on the availability date indicated on the product, the merchandise shipment will be carried out according to the dates indicated by the customer and as long as the full payment amount has been received (or according to the agreed payment conditions)

In the case of SEPA TRANSFER (bank direct debit), the shipment can only be made when the Bank has confirmed that the transfer amount has been accepted and duly confirmed. (Normally 3 business days after being charged to your account) PLEASE NOTE THIS POINT to set the shipping dates of your order according to your needs.

Tantrend Bijoux S.L. will be responsible for meeting the shipping dates indicated by the customer regarding the collection of the merchandise from our warehouses.The Sales Terms of the orders are always EX-WORKS, which implies that the responsibility in transit belongs exclusively to the customer. The customer is free to use and inform us, before making the payment, if they prefer to work with another transport company of their trust in order to organize it conveniently.If the customer agrees to work with our carrier, it is understood that Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. is not responsible for possible delays in delivery due to reasons beyond our control, either caused by the carrier itself or due to force majeure.IMAGE AND CONTENT RIGHTS. All images, texts, and promotional material produced by Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. and the intellectual property rights that may correspond to such content, are the property of Tantrend Bijoux SL.
