TANTREND BIJOUX, S.L. TERMS OF SALE

In placing and transmitting your order, we understand that you are aware of and accept the terms of sale detailed below.

  1. FIRM ORDERS EX-WORKS
    Orders placed by any means (Fairs, Website, Stores, Agents, etc.) will be considered firm orders, so once processed by Tantrend Bijoux, S.L., the customer will have a maximum of 15 working days from receipt of the order confirmation to modify, correct or cancel it. After this period, the order cannot be modified or canceled because the goods will have been expressly reserved or put into production for that customer.

  2. INITIAL MINIMUM ORDER PER SEASON
    The initial minimum order per season is €300 (taxable base) for domestic customers and €500 for international customers, excluding taxes.
    Replenishments are not subject to minimums. The prices on our website do not include taxes (VAT, environmental fees) or shipping charges unless otherwise stated or by special promotion.

Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. reserves the right to accept and therefore ship, in whole or in part, orders received and confirmed by any means (Web, Store, Agents, etc.) under the following conditions:

  1. Due to product quality problems detected at the time of shipment.

  2. For commercial criteria (product filtering, territorial competition conflicts, or other anomalies resulting from incomplete information provided by the client).

  3. Force majeure. Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. will duly inform the client of the inability to supply the item(s) under the above scenarios.

If such orders have already been paid, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount immediately; the customer cannot claim additional compensation for this reason.

  1. DELIVERY DATES
    Shipment scheduling is always done according to the dates indicated by the customer, subject to availability.
    The customer must indicate the desired service date for each order as well as a latest acceptable date (“cut‑off”) beyond which a later delivery cannot be accepted. These dates must match the availability date shown for the products at the time of ordering. Unless otherwise indicated by the customer, shipments may be split into multiple deliveries as long as they adhere to the service date and cut‑off date and do not incur additional transportation cost for the customer.
    If the customer requests partial shipments (according to item availability) whose shipping cost is below the free‑shipping threshold, the corresponding shipping charges will be applied in each case.

  2. INVOICE CHARGE DATES
    Shipments are scheduled based on the service dates established by the customer. Thus, for orders accepted with SEPA bank transfer payments, the customer agrees to have sufficient funds available for payment on the dates requested by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to have the necessary funds on the dates he/she has chosen, and Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. is not obligated to notify the customer in advance of the invoice issuance and corresponding charge/transfer on the designated date.
    If the charge is rejected or returned, the customer accepts additional charges, whether bank fees or transportation charges that may arise.

  3. GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
    Orders for the Spring/Summer season made before March 10, with shipment date after April 10 of the same year, require a 30% deposit of the order value as guarantee.
    Orders for the Fall/Winter season made before September 20, with shipment date after October 10, require a 30% deposit of the order value as guarantee.

  4. ADVANCE PAYMENT OF THE ORDER
    Payments for orders placed with Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. are always due in advance before shipping, and in some cases upon receipt of the pro forma invoice, unless expressly otherwise indicated in writing in the order confirmation.
    If 100% advance payment is not applied, approved payment terms will be stipulated depending on the order amount, customer location, or conditions expressly accepted by Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. in each case.
    The fact that certain payment terms were applied in a previous transaction does not imply they will apply to a new order.

  5. OPTIONAL CONTRACTED TRANSPORT
    Because this is an Ex‑Works sale, the customer is not obligated to use the contracted transport service that we make available for your convenience. The contracting of this service with us is optional and not tied to the purchase terms of your order.

Contracted Transport Rates:

  1. Free transport* – For shipments within Spain and other EU countries with order value ≥ €1,000 (excluding taxes)
    (Orders containing discounted or promotional items are expressly excluded from free shipping unless the regular-priced items in the order total at least €1,000.)
    (Shipments to Greece, Malta, Cyprus or Portugal must be consulted with your local distributor.)

  2. €15 for shipments < €1,000 (excluding taxes) in peninsular Spain

  3. €30 for shipments < €1,000 (excluding taxes) to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  4. €35 for shipments < €1,000 to other EU countries (excluding Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Portugal – consult local distributor)

  5. Other countries: consult

Estimated Delivery Times:
Depending on the product’s indicated availability date, shipments will be made according to the dates indicated by the customer and only when full payment has been received (or per agreed payment terms). For SEPA transfers, shipment occurs only once the bank confirms acceptance of the transfer (usually 3 business days after the debit). Please consider this when setting shipment dates for your order.
Transit times with contracted transport (barring unforeseen events) are:

  • Peninsular Spain: 48/72 hours (business days) after pickup from our warehouse

  • Balearic Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 5 to 7 business days depending on boat departures

  • Canary Islands: 5 to 9 business days depending on boat departures

  • EU Countries: 5 to 7 business days depending on destination

  • Portugal / Greece / (Malta, Cyprus): to be consulted

  • Other countries: to be consulted

Important Notice: Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. will be responsible for delivering the goods to the transport company from our warehouse on the dates indicated by the customer. The terms of sale are always EX‑WORKS, which implies Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. is not responsible for the transit of the goods, which is the customer’s sole responsibility. The contracted transport is considered an additional service hired by the customer, not linked to the purchase transaction. If you disagree, the customer must arrange for their own trusted carrier to collect the order from our premises.

  1. USE OF CUSTOMER‑INSTRUCTED TRANSPORT
    If you wish to use your own transport service, please inform us when placing the order so we can refund any shipping charge applied on web orders (if applicable) and arrange collection with your service.
    The customer is free to use another transport company (if preferred), provided the arrangement is made before payment. If you accept to work with our carrier, it is understood that Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. is not responsible for potential delivery delays due to causes beyond our control, whether by the carrier itself or force majeure.

  2. CLAIMS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
    Once you receive your order, you have 30 calendar days (from invoice date) to inspect it. If you find any issue with an item, please notify us at:

A) Invoice number
B) Item reference
C) Brief description of the issue and, in case of damage, a photo of the product

With each shipment, Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. will include a form which must be completed and provided for claim processing.
We cannot accept claims that do not include the required information.
Once reviewed, Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. reserves the right to resolve the issue by replacing the claimed item or refunding the amount via credit note upon receipt (after pickup by us) of the returned item. No reimbursement will be made for goods returned without express authorization from Tantrend Bijoux, S.L.

  1. IMAGE AND CONTENT RIGHTS
    All images, texts and promotional material produced by Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. and the intellectual property rights related thereto belong to Tantrend Bijoux SL. By exercising these rights, any reproduction of such content, in whole or in part, by any form or medium (mechanical, electronic, reprographic, etc.), as well as any act of dissemination, public communication or distribution, is prohibited without express written authorization from Tantrend Bijoux SL.

  2. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS
    These terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with Spanish law. For interpretation and resolution of disputes that may arise, and with express waiver of any jurisdiction that might apply, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Madrid (capital).
